ABOUT ARRUDA LAW LLC

Ludmila G. Arruda, Esq.
Attorney at Law | Founder, Arruda Law
Ludmila G. Arruda is an attorney licensed in both New Jersey and New York and the founder of Arruda Law, a boutique law firm based in Newark, New Jersey. Her practice is centered on select immigration and family law matters, along with real estate transactions and contract drafting and negotiation.
Ludmila immigrated to the United States from Brazil at the age of four with her family, arriving with little more than hope and determination. That lived experience fuels her commitment to helping others build their futures with dignity and security.
She earned her bachelor’s degree with honors from Montclair State University and later obtained her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Ludmila’s approach is grounded in empathy, clear communication, and practical strategy. Whether you are pursuing a family-based immigration petition, facing a divorce, or finalizing a real estate deal, she provides thoughtful guidance tailored to your needs.
Ludmila serves clients from all 50 states on immigration matters and focuses on New Jersey and New York for family law, real estate, and contract cases.
When you work with Ludmila, you gain more than legal representation. You’re gaining a relentless advocate who treats your case with the same care as if it were her own and who will fight to protect your future.
